 Delivery Time :

- We aim to deliver your order within the specified timeframe, but external factors may affect the delivery schedule.

 Refund Policy :
- Refunds will only be issued for damaged products.
- If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps for a refund/exchange:
1. Take a clear picture of the damaged product.
2. Email the picture to business@flymama.in or flymamabusiness@gmail.com.
3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue in the email.

 Refund/Exchange Criteria :
- Refund/exchange requests for damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 Processing Refunds/Exchanges :
- Upon receiving your email, our team will assess the damage and respond within 2 business days.
- If eligible, we will initiate the refund/exchange process.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

 Note :
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the product is deemed to be intentionally damaged or misused.
- In case of an exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched after the damaged product is returned and inspected.
